The challenge is felt especially when the Indonesian nation in need of togetherness and unity in order to confront the dynamics of social life , nation and state . As well as these moments we 're together face and attempt to resolve the crisis and terminate all dimensions of life and the economic crisis that has lasted long enough . Without the unity and integrity of the entire Indonesian nation is impossible to get out of the crisis .
Indonesia is a country consisting of 33 provinces , then if per province has one or two wishes then in Indonesia there are at least 33 to 66 wishes to be realized . Well ... of course, to realize that each region wish not as easy as turning the palm of hand in meaning requires careful planning and time to meet and processes to implement various policy measures .
Indonesian nation state requires the establishment of a state apparatus that is capable of managing plurality understand and fair manner so that the nation can be realized tolerance , social harmony , togetherness and equality of nations .
Thus . Development policy is needed in Indonesia , among others : Increasing social harmony between religious communities and tribes through dialogue and cooperation , tolerance and mutual respect , and government intervention in social and cultural life needs to be reduced ;
After East Timor successfully go away from the territory of the unitary Republic of Indonesia , followed by similar demands from most of the people of Aceh and Irian . It is not something that is impossible to escape the demands of the Indonesian region will be followed by other regions .
It is clear that that diversity can be a challenge or a threat due to the diversity of people to easily create different opinion out of control , easy regional or tribal growing feeling that at times can be an explosion that would threaten the unity and integrity of the nation .
Conflicts and turmoil that occurred in several regions in Indonesia will be resolved well through dialogue . With dialogue we will be able to know what exactly the problem or desired by the people of Aceh , Maluku , Irian and other local communities .
